i offer yoga and movement sessions for all those who would like to practice with me.

my sessions can be offered in the following languages: english, italian, spanish and german. you can also write me a message in any of these languages (i understand french, portuguese and catalan, too, and will answer in one of the languages i am fluent at – you can suggest the one which you understand best, otherwise i’ll probably stick to english).

all of my work is supported by donations, as i firmly believe we should all have access to tools for spiritual growth and evolution, regardless of our financial situation.
