hi friends,
the collective has been intense all these months. i can honestly and humbly admit that it has sometimes been hard to hear my own inner voice amongst so much outer noise. i know for a fact that i am not alone. and this is the message i want to share today: we are not alone in this.
humanity is going through a massive collective awakening. i talked about it some years ago, that this was coming, and now we are seeing in. i believe we are still at the beginnings of it – it’s like we are becoming more and more collectively aware that the old ways are not working for the majority of humanity, yet we still cannot see that new global reality, called new Earth.
we are “kicking away” the last remnants of the old system and… well, it’s not really pretty. it’s actually quite tough. i will not explore the depths of the system’s cracks because we all know. in some ways, we are all aware of the global crisis – whether it’s economic, political, social or ecological: things are intense.
i know it’s easy to get lost in the negative parts of it all. but this is not what we are called to do.
there is a bright light that is emerging from the center of this density. it’s a beam of the world we are creating together.
never before in modern history had we seen so many individuals and groups of people coming together to help each other and strengthen their community. never before had so many eyes seen the truth of this fear-based matrix-world.
there is hope. more than ever.
when awakened to the truth, the pain might seem unbearable. heavy. and yet, it was always this heavy, if not even more. it’s just – we did not see it. we did not recognise it. we did not acknowledge it. we were blind. but now we see.
what has been seen cannot be unseen.
there are two main currents on the globe, now, before and in the future: fear and love.
fear seeks to divide. it’s filled with anger, despair and hopelessness. fear builds walls and wears an armour – in a desperate attempt to protect itself from the “dangers” “out there”. fear tries to make order to the natural chaos of life and existence, with rules and categories. it tries to control.
love unites. love builds bridges. love understands and forgives. love accepts the chaos of life and surrenders to the natural order of it.

we don’t have to understand love in order to embrace it.
love cracks your heart right open. it heals the wounds. so, at first, opening to love brings the pain back to life: through the gentle balm of love, that pain that was never processed, seen, acknowledged, embraced, shown and loved can now emerge. love gives a safety to your heart so that it can show you what it had been hiding and holding for so long.
this a natural stage of awakening: the pain will come in waves to be acknowledged and released. it needs to be seen. it’s the parts of you that were never integrated, arising to the surface and saying: now you can see me. and all you need to do, is see them. accept them. acknowledge them. and then, they can be released. set free.
if you feel stuck in these stages of release, you can reach out to me and as a gestalt therapist i can help you process your emotions and move forward into integration and love. reach out here.
the parts of you that were hidden, forgotten and buried are to be integrated, for keeping them buried uses a lot of energy. imagine holding an air balloon under water. imagine holding a hundred air balloons under water. it takes a lot of effort and energy.
awakening calls you to release that stuck energy so that you can use it for expansion. your soul will push those balloon into the surface for you to acknowledge and release. it might be uncomfortable, but release will grant you a renewed energy.
it is important to realise that this happens not only on an individual level, but also on an ancestral level and on a collective level.
there are balloons that you, as an individual, are holding under water. and there are balloons that your whole lineage is holding under water. finally, there are balloons that collectives (such as nations or the whole of humanity) are holding under water.
all of the balloons are coming up. it’s time.
what humanity has been hiding, forgetting about, where it has been betraying itself and lying to its own face… it’s coming up. whatever is going on socially, politically, economically, ecologically right now: this is our collective balloons coming up and saying “hey, look at me”.
acknowledging and releasing collective balloons take obviously longer than doing it on an individual level. just as collective changes take longer than individual ones.
my advise is, just acknowledge that you are part of this. you have a role in this cosmic play: accept it and let yourself play it out. we don’t exist in isolation – we all have a part in this collective journey.
remember: we either choose fear or love. good thing is, you can always go back to love.
the balloons, whether individual, ancestral or collective, will not go down again once they are up. looking away will not make it go again: the shadow needs you to see in order to be released.
once you can look at it, once you can look at the pain of humanity, you are doing your part in releasing it. you are releasing it from your field. you are setting it free, for yourself, for others, for your ancestors and for those to come.
we don’t exist in isolation. some spiritual teachers and self-proclaimed gurus and shamans might tell you to “protect” yourself from the chaos of this collective awakening. but i tell you: love doesn’t need protection. protection stems from the fear that you can lose something. but love, again, will tell us: you can never lose me, I am always there for you. so don’t be afraid: let this chaos play out and accept whatever role you are called to play. play it with love.
when in doubt, i like to think about Jesus – for me, he was an example of someone who could fully embrace his sacred nature and become one with God or Creation. when in doubt, i wonder: what would Jesus do? would he look away from pain? Jesus never looked away from pain: he went right into it and with his love and presence and acceptance, he relieved and healed that pain. when he surrendered his body, he showed the world that his truth existed beyond the plays of flesh, and he showed that to the world when he rose. he showed that life and truth are in the love. we don’t have to understand love to embrace it.
“protecting” yourself from the world through “spiritual” isolation will not allow your Christ consciousness (or unity consciousness) to arise in you – rather, it will keep your trapped into the ego. we don’t exist in isolation, and in our Christ consciousness, we are all called to surrender our ego in the name of love, just like Jesus did.
healing your heart means you will now have the tools to go out and share your love. which does not mean to go out before you are ready to. it does not mean to push you over your limits to try and change or save the world. just as a butterfly, we go through stages: we need to be caterpillars in cocoons before we can fly. don’t force yourself out of the cocoon when you are not ready. don’t fight against the cocoon. we all go through phases and it’s important to respect ourselves throughout the journey.
and when you are to fly: fly. be loud with the colours of your butterfly. be loud about the love that lives and breathes through you.
if the point was to sit in meditation forever, we wouldn’t have manifested on a density level, would we? if the point was to close our eyes and forget about the world we live in, why bother with having a physical body?
no, we chose to have a body and exist in a physical world. so: experience it.
open your eyes. see the truth. we are an infinite being living a finite lifetime. maybe the purpose is in the small things: to smell a flower, to share a smile, to stretch our a hand for someone who needs it.
in times of intense change, i find it helpful to find someone to inspire me in my day to day, to help me find my center when all of the structures outside and inside seem to collapse in front of a majestic inner and outer recalibration. i like to think: what would Jesus do, what would Buddha do, what would Krishna do, what would Mary Magdalene do. maybe they would all do different things. maybe it’s not about what you “do” but how you do it. what i know for sure, though, is that they didn’t exist in isolation. they understood that we are part of a cosmic journey.
maybe it’s about awakening to the fact that this is it: a cosmic play. a cosmic theatre where we are all playing a role. and it doesn’t really matter what is your role but how you play it: are you fully in it? are you breathing love into it? are you expanding in your own personal expression? are you showing the world all of your colours?
let us see your colours. now, more than ever, as the world finds itself in the midst of a massive collective awakening, we need to see your colours to remember: let us remember that we are here for the colours. for the experiences of life.
this is all part of the cosmic play. don’t fight against What Is. surrender your ego. be love: embrace What Is. no matter what you are going through right now, this too shall pass.
open your eyes.
